My Forever Home is Awesome!

Casper is about 5 months old and was abandoned by his owners in Egypt.  He was given to the family as a gift and instead of welcoming him into their home they kept him tied outside to a pole. Rescuers were called to get him in Egypt, and his transport to the USA was soon underway. Due to a quick arrival, he was placed through GoldHeart’s Foster-to-Adopt Program.
