Winter 2017 Newsletter is Available

Spring into action
That seems to be what our team of volunteers knows how to do best. In 2016 we got calls for 46 golden retrievers and golden mixes that needed a place to call home. They ranged in age from 4 months old to about 12 years old. At GoldHeart we welcomed them into our family. When the call comes into the hotline, Carol Ruell, our intake coordinator springs into action. She gets all the information from the give up owners or shelters as well as pictures of the dogs and then sends out the information to our foster homes. Sometimes a foster family steps up right away and other times it takes a few pleas but someone always comes to the rescue.
