Tawny GH-288

Our beautiful Tawny left us on February 10, 2014. She gave a good fight, following her diagnosis of Lymphoma in early December, but just couldn’t hold on any longer. Words cannot begin to express how much we miss her, as does her beloved brother Tucker. He was with her until the end, paws touching as she crossed the Rainbow Bridge.

We just wish she could have stayed with us much longer. We’ll hang all her photos over “her spot” as we have done with all our other Goldens. Although our hearts are breaking, we are thankful to have Tucker to care for and love. He’s such a sweet boy and misses his best friend so very much. He continues to look everywhere for her and right now all we can do is hope that time will help us all heal. Having them together in Goldheart’s 2014 calendar (July) means more than ever to us now.

Run free without pain, and play hard our princess, our sweetheart, our girl…until we meet again.
