RIP Sweet Sadie
March 22, 2021, was one of the hardest days of our lives. We said goodbye to our 15 year old GoldHeart girl Sadie. We got Sadie (GH-374) from GoldHeart the day before Thanksgiving 2006. She was only 9 months old at the time and we were her THIRD home. We couldn’t imagine why anyone wouldn’t want such a sweet girl. We had just adopted a 15 month old male (Ace) from GoldHeart 3 months before. Sadie and Ace ended up becoming real partners in crime!
Even though we know we were so lucky that for a Golden Retriever Sadie made it to the amazing age of 15, we still can’t believe that she is really gone. There will always be an irreparable hole in our hearts. — The Bageant Family
