Woof! Woof! I love my forever home!

Casey is an extremely gentle cream-colored golden retriever. Casey was quite insecure when she came to GH mid-March from an Amish farm breeder who was closing his business. She is still skittish, but she is improving every day and has learned people are nice. She is a very sweet girl who does not yet show much emotion, but seems to love being loved, and is so happy to have her very own furever home.

Age: 2.5 years – estimated

Weight: 66 lbs. Casey shed a few post litter pounds since arriving to GH.

Health: Great! Casey is up- to-date on vaccines and preventatives and recovered beautifully from her recent spay surgery in mid-May. She is heartworm/Lyme negative. She had a slight fungal ear infection that quickly resolved with treatment. Otherwise, she received an excellent bill of health.

Personality: Casey is calm and gentle. She does not jump. She does bark at people and dogs who go by when outside, but she stops fairly quick.
