Annie GH-1051

Annie is in Love with her Forever Home!

Here are some fabulous pictures and an update from her new forever  home…

Our Annie is a sweet, playful, and gorgeous 4-year old red golden girl who came to Goldheart because her owners could no longer care for her.

Thanks to her wonderful foster family, Annie was spayed, treated for Lyme disease, and has recovered beautifully from a skin condition caused by being left outside a lot. She has been with us since mid-December 2017.

On Annie’s wish list for her permanent home was another dog to play with along with a yard to play in. While she didn’t quite get the yard, she did get a playmate, an older Golden brother.  She enjoys exploring and running with him in the woods nearby. Hopefully one day she will venture into the streams there and learn how to swim like her brother.

Not only is she sweet, Annie’s also very bright and energetic. She has been doing great off leash while in the woods, and runs and leaps at incredible speeds. She knows a few basic commands such as come, paw, and sit, and after Annie completes her upcoming obedience class, we know that she will be an even more amazing Golden Girl!
